Justin Cescolini is an entrepreneur and real estate aficionado who, alongside his brother Brandan, founded Westminster Property Management Corporation after a decade-long apprenticeship at their family's firm. As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Justin holds a dual degree in accounting and finance.

Principal
Brandan Cescolini is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in accounting and finance. Brandan's passion for real estate started early and was deeply influenced by his late grandfather Florio. From conducting intricate financial analyses to crafting comprehensive budget strategies, Brandan's dedication to sound financial practices forms the foundation of Westminster's success. Over the years, Mr. Cescolini has adeptly managed a diverse portfolio comprising over 40 properties, collaborating with both tenants and landlords to ensure success and transparency. While out of the office, Brandan can be found indulging his interest in cars and enjoying special moments with his family and pets.

Gilbert Realty Inc.
Daniel Gilbert began his career in Real Estate by completing the Real Property
Administration Diploma
and a joint Real Property Assessment Certificate from Seneca College and the Real
Estate Division of
the Faculty of Commerce and Business
Administration of the University of British Columbia. This course
specialized in property valuation, financing, real estate appraisal, property
law, municipal
taxation
and urban planning.
Following graduation, Mr. Gilbert worked for the Government of Canada, assisting
with valuation of
federally owned property to local governments and consulting services to federal
organizations. He
then left for the private appraisal sector.
While completing appraisals, Daniel embarked on obtaining his real estate
license. After a
successful
start as a Realtor, it was clear that a full time career in real estate was the
right fit. Daniel
began working with one of the leading brokerages, but his entrepreneurial spirit
led him further.
Today, Daniel is the founder and President of Gilbert Realty Inc. He specializes
in land sales,
assemblies, new home construction, commercial leasing, sales, and disposition of
mid-market
investment
properties throughout Ontario.

Georges Georges is a distinguished professional renowned for his expertise in
valuations, investments,
and consultation. With a background in investor relations and extensive expertise as
a pricing
specialist at State Street, Georges brings a wealth of knowledge and is a great
addition
to the
Westminster team.
With a degree in economics and finance from Toronto Metropolitan University, Mr.
Georges has built a
solid foundation for success in business mergers and acquisitions, as evidenced
by his track record
of
financial achievements.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Georges finds joy in spending quality time
with family and
friends. He is an avid hiker, golf enthusiast, and dedicated to personal
fitness.
Controller
Kevin Chen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and brings a wealth of
experience and
expertise in accounting and finance to his role. With over a decade of navigating
diverse client
scenarios, Mr. Chen's journey began as a financial advisor in investment banking.
Kevin's vast knowledge ensures that Westminster operates with integrity and
efficiency, setting high
ethical standards for the team to follow.
Beyond the numbers, Kevin finds passion in the adrenaline-fueled world of
Formula 1, engaging in
competitive chess matches, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
